Veterinary residues

Veterinary residues are very small amounts of veterinary medicines that remain in animal products and therefore make their way into the food chain. This includes any degradation products, which are the result of the medicine breaking down into its component parts. Eurofins Food is capable of testing these residues. All sampling, testing and laboratory analyses are performed in accordance with national and international standards.
