Numerous moulds and fungi have the ability to form poisonous substances and pass them into their environment. These substances are known as Mycotoxins. They become an increasing risk and therefore reliable sampling and analysis are required. Mycotoxins are most likely to infect food and feed substances such as grains and cereals, nuts, spices and dried fruit.
