Identification of micro organisms

Eurofins Food is able to determine which bacterial grow is found in food samples, so the type of micro organism can be defined. Examples of these micro organisms are moulds and identificate DMO API strips. Mostly these tests are performed by Eurofins Food when production problems occur. The results will lead to measures to resolve the contamination found.
