Authenticity

Eurofins Scientific is a world reference for the authenticity testing of food products. Among our range of services is the SNIF-NMR® technique, pioneered in our Nantes laboratories and which is an official method in the EU for various applications. The interpretation of authenticity results is generally based on the comparison with reference data. Eurofins has built up a unique database containing reference values for over 10,000 authentic samples. These contribute to the reliability of our assessment of the authenticity of raw materials and finished products from all major origins.
